How do I pay for my products?

After filling up products cart, it is necessary to do a registration to make an account. After filling up all details, there is option to pay with bank transfer or paypal.

How do I know at what time is my trip?

When is the best time to book a tours?

It is 1 – 2 weeks before your flight to Tenerife, or earlier. Please make sure not to book any tours in less than 2 days before your tour begins.

Where do I get and leave my rental car?

There is a couple options to make any way comfortable.
1) Car can be delivered at your hotel,
2) Car can be picked up at South or North Airport and delivered at the same one or mixed.

Do I need to take a food to my tours?

It depends from many aspects and which tour is booked. Always info is attached to every product, where food and drinks are mentioned.

Do I need to take clothes to any of my tours?

It depends from many aspects and which tour is booked and what time. It is good to keep in mind, winter time in Tenerife can get pretty chilly at evenings and at the top of volcano. We are recommending to take a wind jacket if going up to Teide volcano. At any time of year Temperature and weather can change quickly at cloudy area.

Be careful with your belongings on jet-ski and water activities. We don’t recommend to use glasses and hats on Jet-ski. Easy to lose them and then they go down to the ocean! Take care and have fun!
